I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years. I am a certified Sommelier by trade and love to cook. I did most of my training on the West Coast and now I'm putting down some roots in Southern Ontario. I believe that great hospitality does not need to be fancy or fussy. Some of the best experiences in my life have been rustic and in some cases downright rugged. That is why my offerings are simple and reflect how I like to move through the world.
